1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of The Cream of Beauty's website and services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking Policy

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided
• We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment.

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee

Cancellation Fees

• Late cancellation (under 24 hours): 50% of the service price
• No-show: 100% of the service price
• Fees will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking the next appointment

Clients may reschedule or cancel their own appointments online before the 24-hour cut-off time via the link provided in their booking confirmation email.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that appointment.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions before treatment
• A patch test may be required for certain treatments
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe
• We maintain the highest hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations

6. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, The Cream of Beauty shall not be liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments where the client has failed to disclose relevant medical information.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Cream of Beauty and may not be reproduced without written permission.
